At Converge Medical Technology, empathetic, multidisciplinary patient care for low back and neck pain is conveniently achieved in a patient’s home.

Here’s How the Programs Work

1.

Physician Recommendation

Your physician understands your condition and will decide which of our device(s) is right for you. Then, they will write a prescription.

2.

Insurance Authorization

After your doctor writes a prescription, our authorization team will contact your insurance company to obtain authorization for your device(s) to be delivered.

3.

Schedule Your Delivery

After your device(s) is authorized, we will call and text you to schedule delivery so that you can get started as soon as possible.

4.

Device Delivered to Your House

Your device(s) will be delivered to your house by a member of our team regardless of where you live.

Set up is easy. We will show you how to use your device and follow the protocols so that you succeed.

For faster delivery, the AXIS device and HTD: The Home Therapeutic Device powered by Kaia can be shipped to your home address. Included in the shipment is a video that explains how to set up your device, utilize it and follow the recommended protocols. Most patients receive their shipment within two days of authorization.

Health Coaching

It’s not uncommon for patients to report that they don’t always feel supported or encouraged after they get hurt. Patients often doubt that they can get better, and they can feel demotivated.

For these reasons, patients are partnered with their own dedicated health coach. A health coach may sound like something for the rich and famous, but they help patients succeed.

Your health coach will help you create personal goals and monitor your progress to that you feel supported and encouraged.

Your coach knows that you’ve been through a lot, and they are committed to your success by providing:

Staying in touch with your health coach is critical to your success. Our coaches want to stay in regular contact with you so that they know how you are doing. As you get better, they want to celebrate with you. If you need some adjustments, they will help you. Staying in touch with your health coach helps ensure your success.
